Nigerians have been advised to check their Blood Pressure and Sugar Levels regularly as well as take good care of their health generally.
The Managing Partner, Amazon Plus Pharmaceuticals Limited, Pharm. Kenny K. Okojie, gave the advice at the opening ceremony of Amazon Plus Pharmacy at the Plantation City Shopping Mall, DSC Express Road, Otokutu, Warri, Delta State.
While stressing on the need for Nigerians to go for regular medical check up, to avert unpleasant circumstances, she said that checking of Blood pressure and sugar levels regularly was very important.
She explained that Amazon Plus Pharmaceuticals Limited has been in existence since 2011, adding that; “We just extended to Warri to give round the clock services to residents of the oil rich city of Warri and environs”.
Pharm. Okojie said that;” We are the first to open a Pharmacy that is running 24 hours to members of the public. She added that;” We just extended our services to Warri because we felt that as an oil city, there is need for a place like this to be operated 24 Hours and we are here to stay and give the necessary services to our people. What we are doing here does not exist anywhere in Delta State, this is the first of its kind. We want to intervene at the point of emergency. Doctors can give you prescription at anytime and we are here to make the drugs available at the point of need no matter what time of the day “
