A Former Staff of the Delta Printing and Publishing Company Ltd (DPPCL), publishers of THE POINTER titles, Mrs Christine Aluyi has been appointed as the substantive Registrar of the College of Education, Warri.
Our Correspondent reports that, Mrs Christine Aluyi commenced her working career as a Youth Corper in DPPCL in 1994 and was retained in the Commercial Department of the Company after her Service year due to her outstanding performance, dedication and efforts in stabilising and making THE POINTER Newspaper known in Warri and environs as a result of her business oriented drive .
According to our Correspondent, she served in the Warri Office and Headquarters, Asaba before she later transferred her Service to the College of Education Warri in 2006 and rose to the position of a Deputy Registrar before her appointment as the substantive Registrar in May, 2020.
In his reaction to the appointment of the former staff of the company, the General Manager, Mr Monday Uwagwu, congratulated her and wished her a successful tenure.
