The Ibe-Uyadonwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro has felicitated with former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Onanefe Ibori on his 62nd birthday celebration.
In a Statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen, Chief Otuaro described the former Governor as a dynamic political leader, saying his birth is a blessing to this generation.
According to him, many years after leaving office as a Governor, the people are still feeling his great impacts in all areas of their lives.

Your good works as the second civilian Governor of Delta State will forever be remembered. Infact, your impactful leadership style has left your footprints in the sand of time”.
